ABOUT ME
Ciao! This is Chiara, born and raised in the middle of the green hill of Umbria, Italy. I have two main passions: yoga and traveling. I love to travel to meet and explore new cultures in all its authenticity. My journey with yoga started more than a dacede ago in Goa, India. I fell in love with Ashtanga and I’ve been practicing it constantly since then.
My passion for yoga stems from its transformative power to enhance well-being, clarity, and connection. I believe that yoga offers a path to self-discovery and inner peace, and i am dedicated to sharing this practice with others. My desire is to create a supportive enviroment where people can explore their potential, deepen their understanding of yoga, and experience its many benefits. Seeing others embrace yoga and grow in their practice inspires me every day, and i am committed to guiding them on this journey.
I designed this retreat to combine the transformative benefits of yoga with the enriching experience of travel, offering you something truly unique and authentic. My wish is for you to experience Italy as a local- wether we’re cooking together in the kitchen, sipping wine while enjoying the views of the rolling hills, or strolling through the cobblestone streets. My ultimate goal is for you to leave this retreat with deeper understanding, both of yourself and of the world around you.
I created this yoga retreat in Italy to blend wellness with authentic cultural experiences. My goal is to provide a space where participants can deepen their yoga practice while immersing themselves in the rich italian lifestyle, by connecting with local traditions, cuisine , and landscapes.
